Introduction

The ideal for our health is to have a balanced diet, which adapts to the
needs of our body and the energy it consumes. That is why when we do a
proper physical activity we must accompany it with a correct diet. In this
way our body will adapt better to the challenges and will not feel depleted
or lack of nutrients or energy to cope with physical exertion.
Objective

Provide knowledge to professionals not only in relation to hygiene and


food safety, given the relevance of this matter to the health of consumers.
Eating well and exercising regularly will help you maintain your weight
and reduce the risks of getting a disease.

Regular exercise and a healthy diet can bring many benefits, including
more energy, happiness, health and even a longer life. Exercise and diet are
fundamental elements in determining the overall health of a person and
making both part of your lifestyle can make a big difference in how you
look and feel.

Health benefits.

A healthy diet should include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy
products and lean meats. In addition to eating well, you should reduce the
consumption of cholesterol, sodium, sugar and saturated fats. Along with
regular exercise, a healthy diet can reduce the risk of heart problems,
osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and some types of
cancer.

Weight

If you are overweight, eating healthy and exercising regularly can help you
lose weight safely and not recover. If you have no weight problem,
physical activity and a healthy diet can help you maintain your current
weight and reduce the risks of gaining weight as you get older. Healthy
food is generally low in calories and high in nutrients compared to other
foods, and regular physical exercise burns the extra calories to maintain a
healthy physique.

Energy

The combination of exercise and healthy food can help you increase your
energy level and feel more alert and aware, both mentally and physically.
Healthy food gives your body the nutrients and vitamins it needs to reach
its full potential.
Cheer up

The exercise stimulates the chemicals in the brain that help generate
feelings of happiness, satisfaction and relaxation, so you will feel better if
you exercise regularly. Physical activity can also favor your appearance,
because when you exercise you burn fat and tone your muscles, which is a
determining factor when it comes to increasing self-esteem and feeling
satisfied with life.

Diversification

Exercise and a healthy diet can help you have a more varied and interesting
life. Find creative ways to stay physically active in your daily life, and don't
always do the same exercise routine. Exercise with your coworkers, you
can go out dancing with friends, be part of sports teams and spend time
with your children and family members. Maintaining a healthy diet can
provide opportunities to cook at home, take cooking classes, visit farms and
do all kinds of fun activities.

It is estimated that exercise is one of the most necessary and important


elements to lead a healthy lifestyle, which is also complemented by the
consumption of healthy food and the limitation of the consumption of
harmful substances such as tobacco or drugs. The importance of exercise
lies in the fact that it is one of the best ways to set the body in motion,
spending the energy that accumulates due to the consumption of fatty
products and stimulating the proper functioning of all its organs and
tissues. In addition, as if that were not enough, it is considered that exercise
not only contributes to a healthy life on a physical level but also on an
emotional and mental level by raising levels of self-esteem, positive
attitude towards life and making the person You feel more energized in
your daily routine.

Exercise is important and central so that the person can lead a healthy life
and avoid various types of diseases, from small flu to serious complications
such as a heart attack. The exercise involves just putting in motion all the
cells that make up the body, reducing the cholesterol considered bad and
raising the good, lowering the levels of stress and increasing energy in
general terms.
On the other hand, the jercicio, although anyone should do some kind of
physical activity, is especially recommended for those people who must
lose weight and limit the formation of fatty tissues in their body, both
internally and externally.

The benefit of the exercise is that today there are endless possibilities
through which a person can perform physical activity, either in individual
or group activities, routine or recreational, concentration or relaxation, for
different ages and for various abilities or needs

In the daily life one of the vital functions that we need to be able to live is
Food, being the way in which all the nutrients and substances that our body
demands are incorporated, so it is advisable to carry out a Balanced Diet
that have a fran variety of these nutrients, avoiding excesses that may cause
Health Disorders or whose deficiency may result in any of the Food
Deficiencies.

But to be able to carry out a Healthy Life we must not only count on it, but
also it is advisable to have a moderate Physical Activity, what is nowadays
quite difficult to carry out for all since quite the contrary this is supplanted
by a Sedentary Life caused by office work, where they spend a good
amount of hours in front of a computer. The benefits of being able to
perform Physical Exercise on a daily basis are related not only to
improving the Physical Aspect of a person, but also to exercising the
Muscles and Joints while maintaining and improving what is known as
Physical Fitness, the tolerance to be able to make some effort without
perceiving pains or being able to have greater resistance to fatigue from
performing this task, such as reducing the time needed for tissue recovery
and regeneration.

The periodic performance of Physical Activities significantly improves


health, with benefits ranging from the better functioning of the
Cardiovascular System as well as to the prevention of diseases related to its
counterpart, Obesity and Eating Disorders, proving that although physical
exercise increases the appetite, is beneficial for the Metabolism and
Digestion to be able to burn the reserves that the organism accumulates.
We have a lot of options to perform these activities, from taking a walk, to
being able to attend Gyms where we have the use of technology to have the
best possible performance, as well as the realization of Sports Activities
that will allow us to exercise our body at the same time that we have fun
with our friends or family (both in individual sports, such as tennis and in
groups, such as football).
CONCLUSION

It is intended that students know the necessary guidelines to carry out a


healthy life, as well as improve eating habits and enable them to develop a
healthy and balanced diet.

A complete and balanced diet is a source of health, while many diseases


have their origin in an inappropriate diet, so it is very important that we pay
attention to our eating habits.

If we want to have a healthy diet, we have to make sure that our diet is
complete (contains a variety of foods), harmonic (provides adequate
proportions of nutrients), sufficient in quantity and adequate (depending on
your age, sex, activity and state of health).
