Terms and Conditions:

• Independent TV retains the authority to revise the price of CPE.
• Under the purchase scheme, the ownership of CPE rests with the subscriber.
• The STB provided under this scheme would carry a warranty of one year from the date of
activation and all repairs or replacements under this period will be non-chargeable. However, a
service charge of INR 250 would be levied on all repairs related to accompanying materials other
than STB such as dish antenna, LNBF, etc. Replacement of material, for no error of Independent
TV, will be charged extra as per the company’s policies.
• After the expiration of the warranty period, replacements of equipments would attract material
charges as per the rates announced by Independent TV.
• In case where the equipments are physically damaged or tampered with, warranty of 1 year
would not be applicable.
• In case where the subscriber requests for relocation, then INR 350 would be levied along with
installation charges for any re-establishment of equipment(s).

will be charged extra as per the company’s policies.
