How to hire
AIP Interns
To become one of our partner companies to receive first-class

1 interns, we would ask you to sign our engagement letter, and
from there we will discuss your hiring requirements.
Before we connect our interns to our partner companies, we

2 will interview them first in order to get to know them better
and to check if they fit into our program specifications.
After the applicant has been accepted into our program, we

will reach out to our partner companies that we deem a good
3 fit. We will send a brief description of the intern’s desired

internship and their CV to you. If your response is positive, we
will arrange an interview.
After the interview, if the outcome is positive from both
4 parties, the internship will be confirmed by AIP. If not, we will

contact you again when we have another promising applicant.
Once the internship has been confirmed, we will provide you
5 with the intern's contact details and assist you whenever help
is needed.
