 Introduction

The traceability of a product consists of a set of measures, actions and procedures that
allow registering and identifying each product from its origin to its final destination. That is
to say, it is "the possibility of finding and following the trace, through all the stages of
production, transformation and distribution of a certain product".

It can be said that traceability is immersed in logistics and its tools are shared and
implemented in any company, be it products or services. The application of traceability has
no limits, it is very important to track products at any stage of the process

Trazabilidad

La trazabilidad es el conjunto de acciones, medidas y procedimientos que permiten

identificar y registrar cada elemento que ha sido enfocado en un sistema funcional
establecido, desde el inicio hasta el fin de la cadena de producción.

De este modo, la trazabilidad permite rastrear todos los procesos y otorga al productor
resultados que pueden conllevar a fortalecer sus procedimientos, interactuando siempre con
los principales clientes, al mejorar sus solicitudes o peticiones. Al respecto, Wanscoor
(2010) afirma que “el conjunto de informaciones registradas permite disponer de un
conocimiento detallado, inmediato o a posteriori, que respalde el análisis, la toma de
decisiones, el control, entre otros”.

Para la presente actividad de aprendizaje, se recomienda inicialmente estudiar el material

de formación correspondiente al tema de Trazabilidad que va de la mano con el área
técnica. Una vez usted tenga claro el tema en mención desarrolle lo siguiente:

1. Elabore un documento en formato Word teniendo en cuenta las normas APA,

respondiendo en inglés y español las siguientes preguntas:

regarding your project?

¿Qué tipo de alternativas (manual o automático) implementará en su proyecto

formativo?

In interlogistic, an automated alternative for effective production management will be

implemented.

Automated traceability - (with barcode)

This is based on the maintenance of records in an information system about the lots
that the company will produce.

It will involve having a robust information system that supports the generation and
capture of information with a bar code and the storage of traceability information.

In addition to the format filling time and the typing in the system will be reduced by a
capture process.

The speed of response will be increased, since you can have information online (for
example, the use of radio frequency).

En interlogística, se implementará una alternativa automatizada para una gestión de

producción efectiva.

Trazabilidad automatizada - (con código de barras)

Esto se basa en el mantenimiento de registros en un sistema de información sobre los lotes
que producirá la empresa.

Implicará tener un sistema de información robusto que admita la generación y captura de

información con un código de barras y el almacenamiento de información de trazabilidad.

Además del tiempo de llenado del formato y la escritura en el sistema se reducirá mediante
un proceso de captura.

La velocidad de respuesta aumentará, ya que puede tener información en línea (por

ejemplo, el uso de radiofrecuencia)

C. Which benefits will the implemented traceability would bring to your project?

¿Qué tipo de beneficios traerá la trazabilidad implementada en su proyecto

formativo?

In INTERLOGISTIC Proving the implementation of this type of traceability (forward

traceability or tracking) will be focused on the client. It will be related to the
recipients’ register, the places (location), products, quantity dispatched, their
regularity with request times and quantities, as this will help to identify and retain the
large potential customers and their needs.

Taking into account our activity, the type of traceability that corresponds or is
required will be incorporated. In this sense, the company will implement customer
service to evaluate and improve its products or services, some modalities of this
service will be:

 After-sales service

 Home delivery

 Telephone service

 Transportation
  Distribution Center (CEDI)

En INTERLOGÍSTIC, la implementación de este tipo de trazabilidad (trazabilidad hacia

adelante o seguimiento) se centrará en el cliente. Estará relacionado con el registro de
destinatarios, los lugares (ubicación), productos, cantidad despachada, su regularidad con
tiempos y cantidades de solicitud, ya que esto ayudará a identificar y retener a los grandes
clientes potenciales y sus necesidades.

Teniendo en cuenta nuestra actividad, se incorporará el tipo de trazabilidad que corresponde

o se requiere. En este sentido, la empresa implementará el servicio al cliente para evaluar y
mejorar sus productos o servicios, algunas modalidades de este servicio serán:

 Servicio postventa

 Entrega a domicilio

 Servicio telefónico

 Transporte

 Centro de distribución (CEDI)

Para el buen desarrollo de las preguntas anteriores usted puede consultar el material de
formación correspondiente a la estructura gramatical del Futuro con Will y futuro planeado

2. Realice una grabación de voz en formato MP3. Sin exceder los tres (3) minutos de
grabación, en la cual se evidencia las respuestas de las preguntas del punto anterior,
solamente en idioma Inglés.

mencionando su nombre en aras de identificarlo.

 Se recomienda antes de hacer la grabación, repasar la pronunciación para mejorar la

si debe ser individual con la voz propia de cada integrante del equipo de trabajo.

 Conclusions

The internal or process traceability controls the production processes of the company. It is
related from the beginning of production and is formalized according to internal processes.

The use of the appropriate tools and the veracity of the information in the implementation
of a traceability system are factors that facilitate the identification and monitoring of the
products from their creation to the final consumer and back to their final disposal.

There is little documentation in books about traceability and traceability systems, so it

would be good to start writing and argue in the books of logistics, marketing, marketing,
quality and production about traceability and its importance in the chain of distribution.

In order to implement traceability control, at least three very important things must be taken
into account: the benefits obtained, the higher cost of carrying Traceability, and the need for
a specialized computer system that can support the essentially required operational
complex: batch control, production order with batch control, third party control,
consumption control with system assistance, material recovery cycle control, with specific
examples.
