K K MILK should improve its packaging style, so it will help to attract maximum

Try and change the perception of the people through direct marketing about K K

Company people should interfere to resolve the grievances among the retailers and
sales people. In supply chain, the region in Nashik not clearly specified to the suppliers
(distributers), it should be properly divided among them.
CONCLUSION
CONCLUSION

K K milk is not a very big organization as compare to Amul in dairy industry. Overall it
has moderate market share in milk, ghee, shrikhand, amrakhand and paneer, which are its
main/core products. But if we consider market share of K K MILK in local area it has very
tight grip over local market. As we know K K milk is a Pvt. Ltd. organization in milk
industry and we can’t ignore K K milk & milk products. With the help of research,
company can find out its week points and can increase its market share through rectify
mistakes.

The survey resulted into following conclusions:

1.K K MILK must come up with new promotional activities so that people become aware
about K K milk.

2. Quality is the dominating aspect which influences consumer to purchase K K milk,

but prompt availability of other milk brands and aggressive promotional activities by
others influences the consumer towards them and also leads to increase sales.

3. In comparison to K K milk, the other players such as Rajhans &, Gokul are selling
their milk at lower price or giving discount or giving free samples on purchase of specific
quantity of milk to the retailers. So K K MILK has to plan some strategy to overcome the
competition emerged due to this.
