50 Ads That

Made Millions For

Their Founders
Brought to you by AdSkills.com

Dear Advertiser,
I can already tell you're one of the smart ones.

The round pegs in a square hole.

It was Roy H. Williams that said “A smart man makes a mistake, learns from it, and never makes that
mistake again. But a wise man finds a smart man and learns from him how to avoid the mistakes
altogether.”

That's precisely what you are doing by reading this document. Don't let this be something you browse
once and let it collect digital dust in a folder somewhere on your hard drive.

You have in your hands the ads and landing pages from over $100 million dollars worth of real life ad
spending.

If you use this document often it'll be worth millions to you. It will inspire new campaigns, better
landing pages, and make you a smarter advertiser.

The ads you are about to see have collectively made hundreds of millions of dollars.

Which brings me to the topic of verification.

I am not a lawyer, accountant, or journalist. I'm a media buyer like you. The information collected in
this document was done with AdBeat a tool that lets you spy on and analyze ad campaigns.

The combined knowledge of my 10 years as a digital media buye and the AdBeat tool for research is
what brought you the information in this report. Had I only used the tool I would have only found big
spenders, but not also knowing which campaigns were profitable.
Due to client privacy I can't point out which, but several of these ads were created and advertised by
yours truly. I can say that they were in the finance space and survival space. In those cases I have first
hand knowledge that they have made many millions.

I ignored the major brands like Ford, Disney, Western Union because while their ads have made
millions, they do a different type of marketing. I also removed any non-profit companies. I'm a big
believer in the power of branding, but I kept to companies that were doing direct response marketing.

Companies like you and I, or at least that started out like you and I.

The information is not 100% accurate. In order to be 100% accurate I would have to either work for
these companies or somehow convince them to willingly offer up their biggest secrets. It is more like
90% accurate.

If you ask around though, these companies and the ads in this document are massive successes. I'm
just trying to cover my ass legally should someone try and take this too seriously. This is a swipe file, a
map of what's worked in the past. It is not a historically accurate comprehensive encyclopedia LOL

With that said, please enjoy the many millions worth of ads below...

Biggest Takeaways From $100

Million Worth of Ads Above
First, I wish I had used a different browser when doing the research for this report because I'm now
being retargeted x50!!!

However, the glaring data staring you in the face is that 300x250 and 300x600 ad formats are
consistently the winners. I did skip over a few video or HTML 5 ads, since I can't easily share them
here. However, even those newer ad formats were still in these sizes.
Having managed over $10 million in ads myself, I've seen this first hand. I always start my campaigns
with a single 300x250 ad. I know that if I can't get it to work with that ad, I'm just not going to make it
work.

The reason why the 300x600 ad size works is because it usually replaces two 300x250 ads. Typically,
this is in the left or right sidebar of a site. Not to mention it also just gives you more room for your
message and is literally bigger.

I'll also ad that once you get a good 300x250 ad to work, you should role it out to as many ad sizes as
possible. You can see all the sizes available here. The other ad sizes often will double the volume of
your traffic and sales. Just don't spend all that time and energy upfront. Wait until you have something
tested and perfected first.

Lastly, the final detail you can extrapolate from this report is that the majority of these ads have a
custom landing page matching the ad.

Unfortunately, I could not share every landing page. I just chose the one that had the highest ad spend
attributed to it. However, if you had seen all of my research you would see that creating a landing
page that matches each of your ads is critical.

It's more work, but whoever is willing to do it will be generously rewarded.

Too often I see amateurs driving all of their ads to the same page. They treat every ad network and
every ad the same. These people often struggle to get their ads profitable. What works great on
Facebook doesn't always work great on Taboola. OR vice versa. You MUST start creating custom
landing pages for each of your ads.

The bulk of this research was done with the AdBeat competitive intelligence tool. If you want to go
deeper on any of the ads listed in this report, they have a free trial I suggest you use. You will need to
pay for their largest plan in order to get financial data like I used for this report.

Thank you for downloading and reading this report. If you enjoyed this material and got value from it,
then the greatest favor you can do for me is not sharing it directly.

It took me almost 12 hours to do the research and create this PDF. If you just share the report directly,
you're basically robbing me of that hard work. Instead just tell your friend where you got the report...

That small act, helps me immensely. I know you'll do the right thing, and I appreciate you for it. Thanks
again.
