The modular multi-talent for full process flexibility

The GPCG 2 is the most versatile and adaptable system of all

Glatt laboratory units. The flexible multi-function machine
offers as many as four processing options in a single system:
drying, granulating, coating, and pelletizing. Apart from the
drying or granulating insert, a Glatt HS Wurster insert for
bottom spray and a rotor insert for tangential spray are also
available as options. From simple drying to demanding
powder coating, no matter whether the top spray, bottom
spray, or tangential spray method is used – anything is
possible.

The system is particularly easy to clean and is ideal for the

production of clinical samples. A fluidized bed system
operating in batch mode can also be retrofitted for
continuous operation using the innovative Glatt rotary GPCG 2

chamber.

The GPCG 2 lab system is suitable for volumes from 0.5 - 12 l.

Designed for maximum safety

The closed system offers maximum pressure shock
resistance for all types of dust (ST 1+2) and hybrid
mixtures. Your operators, your products, and of course
the environment are perfectly protected. Dust-ex and
solvent-ex versions are available depending on your
individual requirements.

Easy charging and discharging as well as the user-friendly
cleaning design further support efficient processing. The
practical worktop made from synthetic granite is solvent,
scratch, and impact resistant and will still look like new
after many years of use.

ProcessView control system for easy process control

The intuitive touch screen control system with a
swiveling control panel offers the operator perfect
ergonomics. Processes can be controlled easily and reliably
thanks to integrated recipe management with batch report.

Our all-rounder can be customized with a textile filter or

metal filter and various bottom screens for your individual
requirements. Standard or bespoke designs available.
