Fulfilment of Prophecy - Part 1

In life, each one has an opportunity to attain greatness according to the design of God.
Most people who have a prophetic word on them don't easily understand how that
prophecy shall be fulfilled.

Matthew 26:52-56 Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for
all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword. Thinkest thou that I cannot
now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of
angels? But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be? In that same
hour said Jesus to the multitudes, Are ye come out as against a thief with swords and
staves for to take me? I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and ye laid no hold on
me. But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all
the disciples forsook him, and fled.

John 11:48-52 If we let him thus alone, all [men] will believe on him: and the Romans
shall come and take away both our place and nation. And one of them, [named] Caiaphas,
being the high priest that same year, said unto them, Ye know nothing at all, Nor
consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the
whole nation perish not. And this spake he not of himself: but being high priest that year,
he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation; And not for that nation only, but that
also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad.

Lessons

1. Every word of Jehovah is true spoken by His prophets and written in the Holy
scriptures. [Proverbs 30:5 Every word of God [is] pure: he [is] a shield unto them
that put their trust in him.]

2. Every prophecy about your life will come to pass. [Numbers 23:19 God is not human,
that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak
and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?]

3. It doesn't matter what events lead up to the fulfilment of your destiny. What matters
most staying active and main player in the prophecy.

4. Negative events should not take away your focus on the prophecy. Bad things may
happen to you. Even unusual, common, unhonourable, evils can happen to you to
propel you to your destiny.

5. Some persons of influence may speak words against you without knowing that they
are prophesying positively to your destiny fulfilment.
6. Most people receive prophecy but don't know how that prophecy shall be fulfilled.
Ask God or the man of God how that prophecy shall come to pass. [Luke 1:34 Then
said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?]

7. Jesus Christ in the events leading to his death, could not fully agree what was
happening to him but he affirmatively accepted the situation.

8. Often times, it's not those people who smile at you that will bring prophecy
fulfilment but those who oppose you are the ones that will propel you to Greatness.
[.... who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many
nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. (Rom 4: 18)]
