STRENGTHS
 Reasonable price and Quick Services.
 Good quality of the finished shoes and footwear and other services.
 Provide a place where the residents of Atimonan, Quezon can take care of many
different services including Shoe Repairing, Bag and Luggage Reparing, Key
Duplication, etc. in “One Stop”.
 It is located in the town of Atimonan Quezon where many people can go to the shop
to repair their accessories and other services available because the place can easily
find by the people in that area.
 The business does not require a staff with a degree. The business acquire
experienced cobblers (sapateros) and other staff who knows the operation of this
kind of business that can go all the way to give the customers value for their money.

WEAKNESSES
 A major weakness that may count is the fact that this is a new shoe repair shop and
there are existing shoe repair services in Atimonan, Quezon.
 Since this is a new start up, the operation would not be very efficient at the
beginning.
 Although it is “One Stop Shop” the services offered by the business is limited.
There are repair services that are not available in this business.
 Need stronger and more aggressive advertising and marketing to reach the entire
population of Atimonan, Quezon.
 Don’t have the financial capacity to compete with large footwear manufacturing
companies who are also into shoe repair and refurbishing.

 Growing presence of low-price competitors.
 Arrival of a new shoe repair shop and other businesses similar to the business that
are also into shoe repair and refurbishing and key services in the same location
where the business is located.
 Unfavorable government policies may also pose a threat for businesses.
 There is a chance that the business has a lack of supply in the products used in
repairing accessories and have a problem in the machine used in key duplication.
