1. Objective
This job method of statement is prepared for the purpose to
renovate Building of Sinar Haemodialysis Sdn. Bhd. Jasin Melaka
according to the requirement and standard approved by
authorities of Sinar Haemodialysis Sdn. Bhd. This is to increase
the fasility for easier accessibility with new consultancy room,

Furthermore it’s Improve safety by apply safety door to make
buildings is safe. More than that is also provide comfortable are
to patient care.
2. Scope.
a) The scope of work was to design and renovate two
number of unit shop house lot JC 2440 and JC 2441 at
Taman Bemban Height, 77200 Bemban Melaka for the
Pusat Haemodialisis that for kidney treatment process.
This treatment required adherence to additional
cleanliness area that impacted the design of the plan,
some of which are described below. User requirements
specifications were followed for the selection of the
process equipment, utility delivery rates, and quality.
These specifications were produced by the FESB under
the strict supervision, review, change control, and
administration of the client
3. Definitions
1. OWNER - Sinar Haemodialysis Sdn. Bhd.
2. Contractor - Ferrotech Energy Sdn Bhd (FESB)
4. Responsibility
The Supervisor is responsible for the planning, coordination,
safe execution and quality of the works. The HSE personal is
responsible to ensure all the HSE requirements are to be
followed during work execution.

5.1 List of material

6. Equipment
All equipment to be used by FESB shall be of such condition
suitable for the work requirements. All equipment shall be
subject to inspection and approval by the OWNER prior to
mobilization to site.

7. Work methodology
7.1 Dokumentation
7.1.1.Documents involved in the procurement cycle are called
procurement documents. Procurement documents are
an integral part of the early stages of project initiation.
The purpose of procurement documents serves an

important aspect of the organizational element in the
project process. It refers to the input and output
mechanisms and tools that are put in place during the
process of bidding and submitting project proposals and
the facets of work that make up a project.
7.1.2 In a nutshell, procurement documents are the
contractual relationship between the customer and the
supplier of goods or services. Some examples of what
constitutes procurement documents include the
contractor commencement to bid and the summons by
the financially responsible party for concessions.
7.1.3 In addition, requests for information between owner
and contractor and also requests for quotations, and
proposals and owner response are also parts of
procurement documents. Basically procurement
documents comprise of all documents that serve as
invitations to tender, solicit tender offers and establish
the terms and conditions of a contract.
7.1.1 Design calculation of structural strength stability and

load.
In this project, the three number of 600 gallon water
tank want to locate at the first floor. The calculation
include the stability and the strength of RO room slab in

water tank.
7.2 Site preparation

7.2.1 The area to be construct need to barricade to ensure
safety of the passing by people.
7.3 Site Construction

7.3.1 Clear and demolish the existing wall on the ground floor
and removed all debris from Site and install the new structure
and tempered glass. Before any demolition activities can take
place, there are many steps that must be carried out
beforehand, including performing removing hazardous or
regulated materials, submitting necessary notifications,
disconnecting utilities, rodent baiting and the development of
site-specific safety and work plans. For this shop house,
controlled and often less efficient than other methods.
7.3.2 Construct ramp and install the hand railing at the ground
floor accoding to the plan. Bed of hardcore consisting of hard
and dry stone, spread and levelled, well rammed, consolidate,
watered and ready to receive blinding screed.

7.3.3 Install the gypsum board partition finish with 'self-finish'

7.3.4 Ceiling-Prepare - Prepare, substrate, supply and apply

comprising of one coat mortar white and one finish coat of
overall thickness 3mm to 4mm complete with two coat of
snow white emulsion paint all in accordance to manufacturer's
specification and instruction plainface to concrete soffit, sides
and soffit of beam

7.3.5 Install Floor Polish tiles and wall polish tile at ground
floor and first floor. It is including vinayl tile, eproxy,
waterproof and also PVC skirting.
In floor and wall polish tile, first mix unmodified thinset
mortar in a bucket to the consistency recommended by the
manufacturer. Then Starting at the reference line cross in the
middle of the room, spread the mortar with the thin side of the
trowel and Make sure that the reference lines are not
obscured.
Comb the mortar in one straight direction to ensure uniform
application.
Lay the first tile square at the crossing of the reference
lines. For best results, lightly press and twist the tiles to set
them in the mortar. Place tile spacers at the edges of the first
tile. Continue laying tiles in the same manner along the
reference lines, then add spacers. Once you have completed a

work section, use a rubber mallet and carpenter’s level to

level the tile. Allow the thinset mortar to dry for at least 24
hours or as recommended by the manufacturer before
continuing.

In vinayl tile flooring, Make sure the subfloor is smooth

and dry. Sand out any uneven patches. To establish a
reference line, measure out approximately 8' from the back
wall and make a reference mark. Make another parallel
reference mark at the same distance out. Snap a chalk line
between the two marks to establish a reference line. Stir the
acrylic adhesive for the floor well before using. Starting at the
reference line, use a notched trowel to spread adhesive evenly
over the floor. Hold the trowel at a 60-degree angle to the
floor. Adhesive has to "flash" or get tacky before flooring is set
down. Wait five to 15 minutes for adhesive to set, depending

on the temperature and humidity. The adhesive is ready when

it lightly transfers onto your fingers.
Determine the layout of the vinyl strips. Use a staggered
layout for a more realistic layout. To transfer an unknown wall
angle to the strip, lay a strip of tile on the side of reference
that doesn't have adhesive. Lay another strip down but have it
run along the wall, overlapping the first strip. Draw a line
along the edge of the top strip to transfer the angle. Put a
scrap under the tile and cut the angle with a utility knife. Save
the cut off and use it to transfer the angle onto the next strip.
Lay the tile on the adhesive and firmly press down. Take care
to press it (not slide it) into position. If you get adhesive on
the tile, wipe it up with a damp rag. Set the tile in place, use a
laminate roller to set it in place. Use a roller as you go along
to make sure there's good adhesion.

In order to install PVC skirting, first, cut skirting to suit
length of wall, allowing extra for mitred joints. At external
corners, cut on a 45° angle to create mitres where necessary.

Where skirtings will meet at internal corners, need to create a

scribed joint. Butt 1 side of skirting into corner. To scribe
second piece, cut at 45° angle through skirting, then use
coping saw to cut along line where face of skirting meets
angled cut. Butt this cut into face of first piece of skirting
fixed. To mark wall for plugs, place skirting in position against
wall. Drive nail through until it hits wall. Remove skirting and
using drill with 5mm masonry drill bit, make hole in wall where
marked by nail. Use hammer to tap white wall plug into hole
and make flush with wall. Spread construction adhesive along
back of skirting, place against wall and hammer nails through
skirting into wall plug to secure. Use nail punch to knock head
of nail below surface of skirting. Fill holes with wood putty, let
dry, then sand smooth. Fill gap between skirting and wall and
in corners of skirting with gap filler. Spot prime filled areas,
then paint with selected enamel paint.
7.3.6 RO System- Install support of water tank, Piping system

at ground floor, first floor and waste pipe line.

7.3.7 Install door at the ground floor and first floor. It is

including aluminium door, single leaf door, double leaf door,
sliding door, swing tempered glass(main door) and safety door
at staircase.

8. Supervision
FESB shall provide all necessary supervision to produce the
best possible workmanship and complete the work to the

9. Clearing off the site

Clear the site from all unused and scrap material and maintain
good housekeeping.
