For the purposes of this study, educational assessment shall be defined as a systematic process of

gathering, interpreting, and using student information for decision-making purposes(Burke, 2009;
Chappius, et al, 2012; Mcmillan, 1997; Oosterhof, 2009; Popham,2011; Russel, & Airasian, 2012). The
decision, as a result of educational assessment, concerns either one or combinations of the following
