SIKULTAN ORGANIZATION

Sikultan Organization (Sining-Kultura-Kabataan) is a school-based organization

whose concerned is to help art enthusiasts (musicians, visual artists, theater artists,
media artists etc.) especially students to gain more knowledge about each art and to
potentially grow their skills. The organization came up with this idea because students or
even youth enthusiasts these days don’t have enough knowledge about our own culture
and they also have a lack of guidance in their respective art form from which their talent
and skills fit in. We, the sikultan organization want to help students and other youth art
enthusiasts for them to become better artists and for them to use their talents and skills
in preserving our own culture here in the Philippines. Sikultan will also help out-of-school
youths to guide them in the right way so that they will not involve in any crimes. Hopefully,
this organization gain supports all over the Philippines so that we can have more budget
and funds in our activities, etc. Lastly, I hope this organization will become a model in this
country to preserve and not forgot our own culture because we are Filipinos living in the
country called Philippines.

Mission:
To guide every youth in their respective art form to use that in the right way, to
promote and to reverse the idea of art that even though in art you can’t have enough
money but still you are happy because you follow your dream and passion and to preserve
Philippine culture, also to motivate youths to use their talents and skills to help preserve
our culture.

Vision:
We conceive youths that are using different kind of arts in a way to promote our
culture. Also they are using art in a correct manner and youth crimes will decrease
because this organization will guide to the right path. Organization will continue its doing
in other cities especially in rural and provincial areas all over the Philippines.
Goals:
In support of the government and non-government organizations, the SIKULTAN
organization works and help towards achieving the proper ethics used in different art
forms and also to achieve the following:
 Youth crimes will lessen
 Art enthusiast will gain more inspiration
 Youths will have enough knowledge on why culture needs to be preserve
 Help youths in their skills and talents and use it in a right way
 Guide youth to a better path in using their different kind of art
