INTRODUCTION

We faced crisis, that’s a reality. This society, in order for us to have a prosperous

living, we need to create ways to achieve that type of living. Engaging in business world

is one that leads a way. 0pportunity in business give us the chance and a best asset to

earn more. Entrepreneurship give us the chance to manage and plan by our own for

the betterment of our future.

Business plan is designed for entrepreneurial subject for the compliance of

competency based on the Department of Education’s K to 12 basic Education

Curriculum. As a grade 12 students it is important for us to fulfil this Business Plan not

for the sake of our remarks but, for us to learn especially to someone who aspiring to

be entrepreneur someday.

This business plan were made and consider all the facts, risk, and benefits to us

the owner as well us to our costumer. We exert effort, time, money, idea just to come

up with this upright output and were glad that through this opportunity we enable

understand deeper and asses ourselves in terms of doing a business.

In our Business Plan come up with a product which is unknown and not totally

popular to the market. It is healthy, affordable to buy, new taste, good quality, tasteful,

satisfactory and presentable product. “Coffee Jelly ni Inday” was the product name and

it has a big and great possibilities to be sold out so easy. The owners goal is to gain

money as well as offer a good quality of food that no one can believe to be exact that

simple ingredients can create a difference.


Business Concept

Coffee Jelly ni Inday is a product that it is not totally known to the market and this

idea made us to come up with that product. A product that is different and new to the

taste as well as in the market. With a simple coffee powder`, jelatin powder, and milk

can produce a product that is healthy, delicious, and cost effective food, and with that

description it made our product more unique and a chance to gain profit because the

Direct sales model is the model used by the 8’Gs. It is direct sell of products to

the consumer and the business raise revenues through selling those product to be

exchange for money and to make something available to be bought.. The revenues was

materialize well due to the reason that our product was new and unknown to our target

costumer.
CHAPTER 1

Executive Summary

Millenials are always curious about new things. They want to experience different

things that are opposed to what they already knew, that’s why to come up to the idea to

serve them Coffee Jelly. The product is made of coffee, creamer, sugar and jelly. The

product which is Coffee Jelly is very affordable and its tasty that it well be worth the

costumer’s money.

To start our business we plan to contribute for the capital, and start producing the

product. Since the product is not well known we first introduce it to people we know or

acquaintances at first. The business is a partnership type for we will divide the financing

and management into eight. We plan to equally divide the management and also the

profit that we will earn will also divided among us.

Our business aims to satisfy the needs our costumers for delicious food and

provide them a nutritional treat for such an affordable price. Our team will

channel a friendly and pleasant atmosphere to every costumer we will interact and a

productive environment in which our group can work happily. We will sincerely value

each of our costumers.

Our costumer are the students, faculty teachers and staff, and our neighbor as

our team residents in different places. We seek far and responsible profit, enough to
keep the team financially healthy for the long term and to fairly compensate the

future investors for their investment and risk.

This business is owned by the partnership of Princess Ella C. Artiaga, Marlyn T.

Lawan, Novelyn G. Kansang, Ashrea M. Kasim, Ferlina D. DejillA, Vanessa G.

Rodriguez, Keziah Shienne Lecito. We have a share capital amounting to PHP50.00

that we divided to buy equipments, materials and ingredients for the production.

The key to success for Coffee Jelly Product will be repeat business and the right

food with a right price. This business plan describes a profitable business and a

competitive team with good growth prospects.

Coffee Jelly ni Inday is partnership business owned by 8 people and this


business plan documents the precise strategies and goal that will be taken
commence operation the business.

The product was new and anyone can be satisfied to the taste it provide.

Objectives

 To attract a minimum of 100 costumer


 To offer a good quality of goods which is new to the costumers taste, at a
reasonable price, provide outstanding costumer experiences, and
costumer complains less than 1 percent.
 To generate positive cash flow from operations, and atleast 5 percent net
profits to sales

Mission and Vision

 Coffee Jelly ni Inday mission is to offer good quality and new taste food
to the students, school staff teachers, and school staff in James L.
Chiongbian National Trade School. we are committed to providing the
service quality and value that our costumers expect.
 Coffee Jelly ni Inday will use its strategy, staff, and system to provide
each costumers with a seamless two-part costumer experience—service
product—service delivery (room to room), each part of which will meet or
exceed our customer’s expectations.

Our vision is to be known and the first choice of costumer’s to buy during the
Business Day.

Business Operations

The business operation from Monday to Friday as long as the owners are not
busy. The whole duration of selling starts between 9 am to 3 pm. The jelly were already
prepared on the house of one of the member then during the entrepreneurial subject,
the members of the group will only need to mix the other granules and pack it in a
plastic cup with bottle and plastic spoon. When the product is finished then it well sell.

The source of merchandise are the supplier/ retailer/ producer which is the
supermarket and the public market. The ingredients use for making the product were
also bought in the supermarket and public market. Also, the packaging material used
were the product were also bought from public market.
Marketing Strategy
1. Free sampling- this method involves giving the product or a small quantity of the
product for the costumers so that they may taste first the product and hope that
he/she satisfied and will eventually become a regular costumer of the product for
just an hour or possible just a minutes.
2. Online endorsement- these method involve the use of social media, where the
owners introduce their products trough facebook and other more types of internet
platforms.
