There are many ways we could do to raise capital in our company.

But lots of it has risk and

can cost us a lot. We could try to get a loan from a bank but there is nothing to insure that
we will be able to develop and pay back to the bank in time. The best choice until now is we
find a business angel to fund our company, we can learn so much more about them and still
developing our company in the best way there is. And the advantage is financing from
angels investments is much less risky than debt financing. If we going out of business, we
don’t have to payback the invested capital and most angels understand out business run
and take us for a long run. But our voice in the company, the control of the company will be
loss. Angels investor will have a say in how the company will run, how the business will work
and receive a portion of the profits when the business is sold. There is advantage and
disadvantage every way we choose, we should go for business angels cause the risk is not as
high as the other way.
