THE VIEW OF THE WHOLE PROJECT

The research being conducted show that people nowadays are used
their own vehicles for transportation. As long as there are cars or vehicles on
the road, there will be a need for car wash business. The business will install at
Fd. Rd. # 2, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte. It is planned on how the business
operates in terms of operational flow chart in details. Since it is located along
the road, the target customers that we are focusing are all the drivers here in
Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte.

The operation of Lourd’s Final Touched Car Wash is essential to build a


strong image and have a good quality services.

Car Wash business have different types of car washes include a full-
service wash which features an exterior cleaning as well as interior vacuuming
performed by a worker. Nowadays, the most trend for people especially for
drivers is full-service wash which features an exterior cleaning as well as interior
vacuuming performed by a staff of workers. In this study, the proponents are
just maintaining the good quality of services towards the customers.

Delivering a clean and shiny car at the end of the wash process is no
small task. Remember regular car washing makes your car look better, last
longer and everyone is just happier driving a clean, shiny car.

“Lourd’s Final Touched Car Wash” will be dedicated to offering the


highest quality of service wash. Also, develop relationships with other small
businesses located near our car wash. Operators in this industry clean, wash
and wax automotive vehicles, such as passenger cars, trucks, vans,
motorcycle, tricycle, forwards, pick-up and etc.

“Lourd’s Final Touched Car Wash” will be dedicated to offering the


highest quality self-service wash using timer (operated hulog coin) wherein
customers can clean their own utility vehicles by using automated coin machine
they can use this by putting coin inside with corresponding time.

provide the full service facility within our market area. Additionally, our water
reclamation system will provide an environmentally safe means for our
customers to clean their vehicles. The concept of having this business was to
brought about the need of particular community among the people in Sto.
Tomas, Davao del Norte. Lourd’s Final Touched Car Wash was surely offer
good quality service. The study identifies and makes recommendations and
feasibility analysis test whether the services will meet the social goals in the
market as well as the customer’s satisfaction in the services offers.

The system is considered technically feasible if the technical capability


is effective to support the project requirements of the car wash business. The
proposed business will use the effective and efficient machineries and
equipment that can be brought in the town.

 Cost of machineries and equipment are expected to increase yearly.

 Equipment useful life is 10 years and others are 5 years.

positioning itself as the premier hand car wash serving the long area in
Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte.

The Socio-Economic assesses the operation of LOURD’S FINAL


TOUCHED Car Wash at Fd. Rd # 1, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte, reveals that
there is a sufficient detail with the responsibility of relationship of the business
towards the society within which it operates. The surrounding community has a
proper drainage for the wash loads. It is also favorable to customers and make
it one of the most convenient areas for putting up a Car Wash Business.
CONCLUSION OF THE FEASIBILITY

Car washes are very efficient when it comes to water usage. Having
repeated the same task thousands of times, automatic car washes use an
efficient amount of water to get the job done. If you don’t look forward to
washing your car, you are not alone. Cleaning your car in your driveway is very
time consuming, requires a significant amount of energy and it is a really messy
job. The majority of people still prefer an automated car wash for good reason.
An automated car wash is quicker, more convenient and offers a number of

the last ten years of serving people. In order to success in car wash, we need

business venture.

The business is owned by a proprietor named Mr. Lourd Ivann C. Delima, a 20-
year-old son of Mr. Nilbeth T. Delima and Mrs. Yonily C. Delima. He is the eldest son
among 4 siblings. He’s taking up the course of Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration Major in Business Economics at the University of Southeastern
Philippines STESP. They owned a Banana mini-packing Plantation and also a (1)
hectare Banana Plantation located at Marscon, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte.
NAME OF THE PROPOSE PROJECT

Our group used the LOURD’S FINAL TOUCHED CAR WASH as name
of our premier business; we used this name as followed to the owner’s name
and we give a special flavor to innovate our business name that grab the
attentions of our customers because we want to resonate them about our
business and we’re trying to reach our target to measure the relevancy of the
business to come up with. this unique and catchy name we make sure that
customers curious and engaged about the business.

LOCATION OF THE PROJECT

The proposed business and the processing site shall be located at Fd.
Rd. # 1, Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte infront of citi star. The place will be
suitable for the installation of car wash business because it is located along the
highway and it has a proper drainage for the water. It is also accessible
business since now a day, many people used their own vehicles for
transportation.

The organization of our Car Wash Business would be Sole


Proprietorship. The Sole Proprietorship is a simple that is usually owned and
operated by a single person. It is typically used for a business structure because
it is easy to form and inexpensive.

All assets of the business are the proprietor’s ownership. Meaning, the owner
entity is also the business entity. The owner operates the business is personally
liable for all business debts, can freely transfer all or part of the business and
can report profit or loss on personal income tax return.

The Car Wash Business belong to service industry. It is a type of


business that provides services to customers rather than producing a product.
An industry made up of companies that primarily, earn revenue through
providing services. Services industry are involved in resale, transport,
distribution, food services, as well as other service, dominated businesses.
Service industry is a business that does work for a customers and occasionally
provide goods.

Project Description

A car wash can either be an automated business, or it can be a hands-


on business requiring employees. A successful car wash business is one that
is reliable for customers, offers quality results and easy for customers to use.
With hard work and a solid business plan, it is possible for a car wash business
owner to create a profitable business. A full service car wash has the ability to
offer more services than a self-service car wash business, and this allows the
full service wash to experience more revenue potential.

Carwash is one of the most premier business industry, the most


important features about carwash is making sure that the vehicles are neat,
clean and good condition. The business will give good performance to make
sure that all prospective customers will be back again. In terms of service we
are responsible of handling and maintaining the vehicles to make sophisticated
and nifty. We open 8 hours Mondays to Sundays. We are also estimating the
quantifiable and the characteristics of our carwash and general activities and
insuring the equipment structure are in the good conditioned.

Our business provides good quality services to our prospective


customers. We make sure that every car we touched is neat and trendy.

We focus on providing the best quality service we can, using the best
products available. We don't have the capacity to do as many cars as some of
our competitors can, but we're okay with that!

LOURD’S FINAL TOUCH CARWASH is unique innovative in lots of ways, but


one thing that makes us really special is that we use only washed scratch-free
mitts and microfiber towels on your car. Some other car washes reuse their
mitts and towels. This is bad because dirt, grit and rocks can get trapped with
repeated use, which can scratch the finish of your car.

Comfort is key when you're waiting for your car, so we have tricked our waiting
room with comfy amenities and free Wi-Fi to all customers to kill boredom and
monotony.

The owner decided to choose line type organization because it is the


oldest and simplest method of administrative organization. According to this
type of organization, the authority flows from the top to bottom in a concern.

MANAGEMENT PROPOSALS

We decided to choose the Theory X as our management style because


in Theory X, managers have an optimistic, positive opinion of their people and
the used of decentralized, participative management style. This style that we
used is to encourage more collaborative relationship between managers and
their team members. They will undergo training to improve the skills and
performance to learn to work without incentive. The manager also encouraged
them to develop their skills and suggest improvements.

This style of management assumes that workers are:

 Happy to work on their own initiative.

 More involved in decision making.

 Self-motivated to complete their task.

 View works as fulfilling and challenging.

 Solve problems creatively and imaginatively.

like black pants or short and shoes or work boots.

 Appearance - Workers are required to follow a professional appearance

 Starting Pay - Car wash man starting pay is Php 250 for full-time
employees and Php 180 for part-time employees.

 Age Requirement - Car wash employee must 18 years old and above.

guidance of our almighty God.

delayed of work cause by the malfunction of machines.

The target market of the proposed business is Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte.
The owners budget an amount of Php 50,000 to 65,000 pesos for marketing activity.
This will defend on the projected operation cost of Lourd’s Final Touched Car Wash
Business. The promotional activity is the form of tarpaulin and flyers; it is economical
and has a lot of potential customers will attract with the name of the proposed business
and the promotion is the business of communicating with customers. It will assist them
in making a decision to like our services. The cost associated with promotion often
represents a sizeable proportion of the overall cost of operating a car wash business.
Successful promotion helps a business to spread costs over a larger service.

there are 19 barangays and since, not all the residents had own a vehicle, what we
did is we got the 20% of population in every barangay to make our possible prospects.

wash is different from them. We are the only car wash business offer free Wi-Fi and
TV that pamper the relaxation of our customers while waiting for their car or vehicles.
And we can provide quality service.

Our business deals with job orders just to meet the exact description for the
customers. And we are also accepting any sizes of vehicles and most especially in
terms of pricing, we have flexible price that suit to their budget.

The owner used Mark-up strategy because mark-up depend on numerous


factors that reflect to target market of the business. One of the plus factors that
encourage the prospect customers is to give a good service for the best price and
putting mark-up strategy will help to make your business successful. This approach
will base on price for vehicles on what it paid for that services plus percentage of that
cost. The percentage of cost is added to the cost on what is referred. The price of each
vehicles is depending on what sizes of the vehicles or they want to add special service.
Mark-up approach really help your business tremendously.

Promotion Strategy

We have promoted our business through tarpaulin. Using tarpaulin, we feature


different services that we offer at Lourd’s Final Touched Car Wash. It also indicates
our location. We even have Posters/Fliers distributed to all residents of Sto. Tomas in
order to inform them that there is a new launched car wash. It also indicates the slogan
of the business.

price. This kind of business creates new employment opportunities.
