RESOLUTION NO. 78-S-2009

RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CASIMIRO A. YNARES III,

GOVERNOR OF THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL, FOR FUNDING OF THE PROJECT:
CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED COURT FOR BARAS-PINUGAY NATIONAL HIGH
SCHOOL SITUATED AT THE HABITAT HOUSING AREA, BARANGAY PINUGAY,
BARAS, RIZAL

WHEREAS, Baras-Pinugay National High School situated at the Habitat Housing Area
in Barangay Pinugay has no covered court where the sports activities of the school could be
held;

WHEREAS, the local government lacks sufficient funding to be able to implement the
construction of covered court at Baras-Pinugay National High School;

NOW THEREFORE, the Sangguniang Bayan in session duly assembled Resolves as it

is hereby Resolved requesting the Honorable Casimiro A. Ynares III, Governor of the Province
of Rizal, for funding of the project: CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED COURT AT BARAS-
PINUGAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL SITUATED AT THE HABITAT HOUSING AREA,
BARANGAY PINUGAY, BARAS, RIZAL;

RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Office of

Gov. Casimiro A. Ynares III for information and favorable consideration.
