PART II: INTERPRETATION/ANALYSIS

Most of the least learned topics in grade 7 were under the Module 1: Solution, because of the students’ lack of prior knowledge in the various topics related to Solution.
Due to additional students’ performed activity, the students were able to cope with the different topics through collaborative learning.
PART III: INTERVENTION
The baseline data can be used for the preparation of training/project proposal. Least Competencies in Grade 7 were considered as basis of the training of teachers on
critical content. Monitoring of science classes in grade 7 was focused on the least learned topics based on the consolidated result.

Most of the least learned topics in grade 7 were under Module 4: Reproduction: The Continuity of Life, because of students’ lack of actual experiments and activities
students have a hard time in understanding different processes involved in reproduction of plants and microorganisms. Using videos and other related materials helped the students
to cope with different lessons under second grading period.

Most of the least learned topics in grade 7 were under Module 2: Solar Energy and The Atmosphere, because of lacking of actual activities students have a hard time in
understanding different topics related to atmosphere. Using videos and other related materials helped the students to cope with different lessons under fourth grading period.
