A. Prepare a special report on the storm surge caused by typhoon YOLANDA that hit Tacloban.
- Yolanda has become the most strongest typhoon that enters the Philippine Area. Tacloban is the most
damaged area in the Philippines. Towards the Philippines it really caused a lot of damage in the city of
tacloban. It has been such a sad moment for all of Filipinos. Eastern Visayas has the signal 4 warning as
PAG-ASA have said. It intensified slightly towards the City of Tacloban. There has been a cancellation of
flights and classes to the area. Evvacuation should've been said earlier and completed earlier to much
safer place to save more people.

- "Typhoon Yolanda" has become the most strongest tropical cyclone that enters the Philippine area.
Which this makes a damage of over a thousands of people lose their lives and wiped out a millions of
houses in the City of Tacloban. Also lose almost a 6 million of livelihood that really affects the workers
there.

2.a. Provide some tips on how to lessen the damage.

- For me, as a students one of the tips that i could've give to them is always come prepared at all costs
even there's no a warning signal from PAG-ASA or eveb though there's no phenomena that will hit us.
For me preparation in our daily live could be a big thing for all of us to be saved. Also, if the PAG-ASA
could've given a advance signal warning as soon as possible to help people to evacuate in a much more
safer area.

3.a. How are the rehabilitation and reconstruction being done to resettle the survivors?
- It is in the heart of the Filipinos that in every day doings there's a unity. There's a helping hand with
each and everyone from all of us. After that phenomena happens in Tacloban there's a lot of help from
the government, international donors, and also some citizens of the Philippines. It is actually reported
with a total of 146. 156 billion of funds to rehabilitate that city. And now Tacloban arises and being
tough and stronger facing those tragedy in the past.

B. Watch the movie ''SAN ANDREAS'' (2015) record scientific facts about earthquakes. describe the
impact of the earthquake
- Actually the facts in the movie could be the: Drop, Cover, & Hold also the how people running or trying
to exit the buildings. How they panicked. It's also a fact that San Andreas fault is like also the plate
boundary between the North American and Pacific Plates is correct. Also how the earthquakes could last
in a span of 11 min. Also how that fault line could trigger the other fault line of North America also
shows the after shocks and all. Also it is a fact that once there will be an earthquake there could really
be a possibility that there will be a tsunami once you are near the shore. Most especially it could be a
fact that many people will lose their lives once it will happen. The impact of the eartquake in the movie
makes a lot of people will lose their lives in the movie. The impact shows how the building could break
and fall some debris to the people.

C. Watch the film " Into the Storm" (2014) and "Twister"(1996) .Describe how typhoons and tornadoes
are formed. Explain their movements and discuss how dangerous they can be.
-In the movie "Into the storm" & "Twister" showed us how typhoons and tornadoes could really have a
great effect to all of us. Just like in the movie Typhoons & Tornadoes are usually born from
thunderstorms. As seen above there will be like a formation of humid air, which rises and collides with
cold air. This is like the beginning of the formation of the so called "funnel: which will be touching the
ground. The warmer air creates an updraft that takes one of the horizontal wind shears and moves it
into a vertical position. Actually the movement of a tornado incredibly changing depends on its forward
motion changes in the speed of its rotational circulation it's like usually a counterclockwise spinning
which makes the tornadoes circulation. As seen in the movie "Tornadoes & Typhoons" are one of the
phenomena that is highly dangerous. It can never be predicted when and where will it be happened or
how strong it is gonna be in a more advance time so that we could prepare ourselves. That's why in the
movie many people have been hurt because there's no warning signal in advanced. It is highly
dangerous because you can't stop it. It can flattened tha are and demolish the are just within a second.

- It is the part of tornado that is totally calm you could see all of the debris that is also like floating inside
until you could reach the top. And once you reach the top, you will fall in a highly intensity speed until
fall into the ground.
