Important instructions for the examinees
1 Cellphones are prohibted inside examination hall.The examinee is to ensure before entering the
examination hall that he/she does not have any material including cellphone which is related to
examination and is defined in the Ordinances as unfair means.
2 After getting the answer-sheet the examinee should read the instructions given therein carefully.The
roll number and enrolment number are to written clearly on the first page of the answer-sheet.The
examinee is not to write his/her name or put signature anywhere on the answer-sheet.It is the
responsibilty of the examinee that he/she puts signature on the attendance sheet in the examination
hall in front of the invigilator and gets all his/her answer-sheets signed by the invigilator.
3 There is no binding on the University to follow the declared sequence of question papers.

4 After entering the examination center building/hall and thereafter and during the examination,it is the
duty of the examinee that he/she follow the instruction of the related officials regarding discipline or
examination conduct/inspection and cooperate in their excecution.Such instructions include a search
of the examinee and a demand for his/her identity card/admit card.
5 The examinee can not leave his specified place in the examination building/hall for any purpose
without the permissionn of the invigilator.After answering the question paper it is the responsibility of
the examinee that he/she leave the examination building/hall only after handing over all his answer-
sheets.
6 A duplicate copy of the admit card can be obtained from the office of the college concerned on
applying the prescribed fee.
7 In case of a collective boycott of the examination,the University is not bound to organize the
examination again.
8 The examinee will be handed over the answer-sheet only at his specified place in the examination
building/hall.The examinee is not allowed to leave the examination building/hall before 35 minutes
from the commencement of the examination.The examinee can not leave the examination hall
without putting his signature on the attendance sheet.
9 The examinee is not to write anything on his/her identity card/admit card/question paper/any body
organ or cloth /on table or chair,on the wall /floor near his place etc or on anything near him/her
because such act of writing will be consisdered as use of unfair means.
10 If admit card of the examinee is provisional,the result of the examinee will be declared only when
he/she has fullfilled in time those condition for the non-fulfilment of which he was given provisional
admit card.
11 If the examinee speaks to any other examinee or takes/provides help to any othe examinee or
provides unfair means or uses them himself/herself,or interferes with the working of any official or
with the examination himself/herself or with the assistance of any othe examinee(s) it wil be
consisdered a use of unfair means and will be punishable.
