1 Project Title
Summer Training Centre can handle all the details about the Summer courses for any
University or Institute. The details include Registering the Student, Course Details (Fees, Month,
Code), Search of Student details, Syllabus of courses etc. Firstly User Register by giving his/her
information and then he/she can login to the system by user id and password. the details and
authorized user to login and Register the Student.

4.1 Scope of the Work

This project can easily be used by any Instituition or universities ,and with minor changes ,it
could be used any time of the year according to needs.The Institute Management System solves
the manual work of writing the student
Information or data on paper. Project is flexible and easy-to-use for users.
The system provides the information regarding students which has already their data inserted as well as
newly students. The authenticate user i.e. ‘admin or faculty’ can change ,add ,or delete the student data
anytime as per the need.

In Institute Management System the records are maintained in the table by the database
therefore it is easy to find information of any student anytime.

4.2 Project Modules

Firstly the USER Enter the USER_ID and PASSWORD. The new USER has to Register First then we
have Login.
USER can Register the Student data (Student Name, Father Name, Address, Course etc.) and
Register
USER can check the course Fees and Months.
They can search the details of the Student by Registration number.

6 Technologies to be used
6.1 Software Platform

a) Front end
1. Its all about what a user able to see.
2. It's may be buttons, images, layout, input field etc.
3. To design these components in android you need XML and Android
programming. Therefore these programming are called front-end programming.

b) Back-end

Back-end of anything is not visible to general user or administrator. It can be a

peice of code or a program running on the server machine to serve the user
need.

4 Gb RAM, 256 Gb, Window 7, Android Studio, etc.

1. Android Studio(Version 2.3)

2. Emulator(Version 2.2)

With the use of this application, we can fairly conclude that:-

It will help the authorities of the Institute Management System of its vital data like Registration
The Student, Check course detail, search student by Registration number etc. As the data
immediately to be transmitted data, The authorities need not have to worry about misuse of
registers the students.
