DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE – PORTION ONLY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, RUSTICA C. MAGLASANG, widow, of legal age, with residence and postal address
at Cansaga, Consolacion, Cebu, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED
THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P135,000.00), Philippine currency, to us in hand paid
by JACQUELINE BENITEZ, single, ARNULFO OROSIO, single, ARLENE O. MEDIO,
married to Geradeo P. Medio, ANALYN O. ARNADO, married to Raul V. Arnado, ARNIE B.
OROSIO, single, ARIEL REY B. OROSIO, single, ANGEL B. OROSIO, single, all of legal
ages, Filipinos, with residence and postal address at Cansaga, Consolacion, Cebu, and receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged to my full and complete satisfaction do by these presents
hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said Jacqueline Benitez, Arnulfo
Orosio, Arlene O. Medio, Analyn O. Arnado, Arnie B. Orosio, Ariel Rey B. Orosio and
Angel B. Orosio, their heirs, assigns, and successors, a certain parcel of land which is a portion
of Lot 11141, Cad. 545-D (New), covered by Tax Declaration No. 03360 more particularly
described as follows:
DESCRIPTION OF LOT SOLD

A parcel of land, known as Lot 11141-B, Cad. 545-D (New), being a portion of Lot
11141, Cad. 545-D (New), situated at Cansaga, Consolacion, Cebu as shown of the subdivision
plan bounded on the NE, by Lot 5516, Cad 545-D (New); on the SE, by Lot 11142, Cad 545-D
(New); on the SW, by Lot 11141-A, Cad. 545-D (New); and on the NW, by Lot 5514, Cad 545-
D (New), containing an area of NINETY (90) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

The parcel of land above described is not registered under Act 496 not tenanted and not
covered by any agricultural lease agreement and Vendors hereby declares that there is no house
or structural improvements constructed on the land sold.

That the parties had complied with the requirements of Article 1623 of the New Civil
Code.
