Documents required to Established Indonesia Foreign Company (PMA) :

a. Copy of passport for foreign participant shareholders, and or ID card (KTP) for Indonesian
participant ( If the members of shareholders individual).
b. Copy of Article of Association and Certificate of Incorporation (CI) of participant ( Foreign
and/or Indonesian) shareholders ( if the members of shareholders corporate).
c. Copy passports the Director or authorized signatories and the latest Board of Director
Composition of the Company.
d. Copy passport and/or ID card of the members of Board of Directors (BOD) and Board of
Commissioners (BOC)

Share Capital Investment :

1. Minimum Authorized : US$. 1,000,000 or > IDR. 10,100,000,000

2. Minimum Paid up : 25% of Auth.cap or US$.250,000 or >IDR. 2,525,000,000
3. Minimum Issued : 25% of Auth.cap or US$.250,000 or > IDR. 2,525,000,000
