Reflection Paper

We the BS Entrepreneurship students had a seminar about Business Ideation

Workshop handled by the Mansoc Organization of San Beda University. It was held

last October 23, 2018 at Skills Lab A, Nursing Building. The guest speaker was Mr.

Voltaire B. Magpayo and Mr. Leonard S. Villan. We’re lucky to have them as our

speakers because we learned lots of things when it comes to business ideas. We gain

new knowledge, strategies, skills and the benefits to know those kinds of things. Some

of our fellow Bedans shared their experiences how they started and became successful

in their businesses. As an Entrepreneur, it is not easy to think, analyze, and brainstorm

ideas to have a successful business you wanted to build. In a business we are risking

our capital, effort and ideas. Because not all the business made an Entrepreneur will

be a successful one. We have lots of things to sacrifice when we make a business that

is not franchised. We need to make strategies that may click to our target markets or

customers. We should not hesitate to risk the things to make a business, we just need

to find a way how our businesses will be successful. We had an activity about this

Business Ideas. We need to innovate or make new ideas to win their prizes.

Entrepreneurship is about having good ideas, learning new things, brainstorming etc.

Just love your work and you will be a successful Entrepreneur someday.

Reflection
Mansoc plan the seminar so were lucky because of the seminar we
gain the benefits and also the opportunities so we learn how to fix and to
analyze the problem. As a entrepreneur we need to know how to handle
the business. During the seminar our fellow bedan entrepreneur student
to share he’s experience how he became successful. He start the business
without anything like useless less value but he find a way to be a success
business is a Security service that’s mean just continue or don’t give up
for the mistakes just do anything and find a way to success. After that
we have a program we group and do the workshop were doing a things
and we need to be innovate or to do something and introducing new
methods so we need to finish early and of course and had a better idea so
we get the prize of food. As a entrepreneur just think deeply or produce
more new idea and plan the things for your business use a perseverance
for making decisions.
