SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ________________., of legal age, Filipino, widow and resident of

________________________, do hereby name, constitute and appoint my son,
_____________, of legal age, married, Filipino, and resident
______________________, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for and in
my name, place and stead, to do all of the following acts, to wit:

1. To process the documents relative to the claims from the Integrated

Bar of the Philippines (IBP) of my late wife, Atty.
_______________, who passed away last August 31, 2019 at Baguio City;
Attached herewith is the death certificate of my late wife and marked
as Annex “A”;

2. To receive any amount in cash or in check and encash the same;

3. To submit, sign and to receive whatever papers or documents relative

to the said application for claims for and in my behalf;

4. To pay any required fees relative to the transaction above- mentioned;

5. To perform such other acts as may be necessary in the consummation of

the said authority, including signing of any required papers/documents to
effect the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GRANTING AND GIVING unto my said attorney-in-fact- full

power and authority to do and perform any and every act requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might do or
could do if personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all
that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
