b. Don’t keep the unnecessary materials on the

2. Install scaffolding down, worker fall down
c. Hand tools to be tied with permanent structure or
person.
d. If required barricade the area during the installation

6. Close PTW Perform not according to LOTO procedure Follow LOTO procedure
