(Physical Education)

Quarter: 4th
Content Standard: Demonstrates understanding of lifestyle and weight
management to promote societal fitness.
Performance Standard: Maintains an active lifestyle to influence the physical activity
participation of the community and society.

 Performs physical activities (cheer dance) and exercises

B. Review (PICTURE ANALYSIS)


The students will analyze the given picture and will determine what the
common injuries involved in recreation.

C. Priming
The teacher will present a video presentation of performances from UAAP cheer
dance competition. The students will answer the following questions:

D. Activity

The class will be divided into four (4) groups. Each group have a different task
that they need to accomplish. Each group shall present their work within the given time
and shall be judged using the rubrics below:

Instructions: Arrange the Jigsaw Puzzle to know the hidden


picture and create a short jingle about it.

E. Analysis

This time, the teacher will generalize the information that the students gathered
on their activity and ask some questions. The students shall analyze the different
information that can be used on the later part of the discussion.
