The teacher will present a video presentation of performances from UAAP cheer
dance competition. The students will answer the following questions:

The class will be divided into four (4) groups. Each group have a different task
that they need to accomplish. Each group shall present their work within the given time
and shall be judged using the rubrics below:

Instruction: The students will perform a short interview
about the effects of lifestyle as a cheer dancer.
Characters: Reporter, Camera man, Cheer dancer

DEMONSTRATE ME
Instruction: Demonstrate the basic hand movements in cheer
dancing.

E. Analysis
This time, the teacher will generalize the information that the students gathered
on their activity and ask some questions. The students shall analyze the different
information that can be used on the later part of the discussion.
Guide Questions:
Do you think cheer dancing is an example of physical activity? Why?
How does cheer dancing help in maintaining a healthy lifestyle?
Why is it important to be physically fit?
What do you think are the reasons why people are prone in different diseases
like obesity?
