As per my recalling of scenario this type of personality has both qualities like,
creative and innovative , obstacles remover , face challenges , these type of
behaviors are very profitable in the organization and this is also very true that
any organization must remove obstacles to innovations. In this context we can
also say that the creativity is a guarantee of success in any organization in the
world.
