SUBJECT: PROPOSAL TO CONDUCT WORSHIP AND EVANGILISTIC SERVICE

PROPONENT: SHEMA YOUTH CRUSADERS ORGANIZATION

RATIONALE:

Nowadays, a large number of young Filipino people are involved in some crime such as

drug addiction, violence, pre-marital sex and rebellion. This offences is seem to be epidemic

among the youth today. This is due to lack of parental guidance, lack of good influence and most

of all, lack of knowledge from the word of God, for the Bible says, “My people are destroyed for

lack of knowledge (Hosea 6:4).” The Shema Youth Crusaders Organization of the Biliran

Province State University and the Holy Scriptures believe and attest that this knowledge

pertains to the knowledge of the One True God. If people know, believe, and understand who

God is, no one will be ignorant that the whole duty of man is to fear God and obey His

commandments (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14).

As a result of sin, men is doomed to the judgement of the Almighty after their appointment

to die (Hebrews 9:27). But the good news is, God wants all men to be saved and come unto the

knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:3-4). However, man’s salvation is not based on religion, race,

abundance in life, and charitable works. It is an imperative to abide in the Word of God, recognize

His Lordship over our lives, and obedience to His Word. The proponents’ aims to influence the

students of this university to live a Godly life towards a university free from immorality and imbued

with positive values.

In line with this, the Shema Youth Crusaders Organization (SYCO) humbly ask from

your good office to allow us to conduct Worship and Evangelistic Service, on September 29, 2019,
at the BiPSU Gymnasium in celebration to TCJC-OAT Naval Church Anniversary, with a theme

________________. Herein, the SYCO will execute this activity with the following objectives,

stated below, in accordance with its Constitution. The SYCO-BiPSU will invite students from

Eastern Samar State University (members of SYCO-ESSU Main campus), TCJC-OAT, and a

speaker outside the university for the said activity, namely, Pastor Romeo E. Ranze, Senior

Pastor/General Overseer of The Church of Jesus Christ – Oneness Apostolic Truth, Inc.

Attached herewith are the proposal program of activity and working committee.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To do and fulfill SYCO’s Worship and Evangelistic Ministry

2. To live and maintain a holy living.

3. To enhance honor and respect to parents, to school and government authorities, and to

all men.

4. To be an effective law-abiding citizens of this country and productive and successful

students of this university.

METHODOLOGY:

1. A consultative meeting with the SYCO adviser, executive officers, and members was

done.

2. A proposal on conducting the activity has been agreed upon and written, to be submitted

to the University Officials concerned for approval.

3. Arrangement of Working Committee for the proposed activity.
