Introduction Letter.
I started as an entrepreneur at age 16, now, 23 years later I make use of my vast experience to help
companies overcome their challenges. Both as a consultant and as a public speaker at events all over
the world including TED Talk. As a person, I attack challenges with structure and commitment, and a
personality that creates positive synergies.

My strength lies is in driving and leading teams and companies, focusing on aligning IT and business,
risk elimination and setting strategic goals affecting all simultaneous touchpoints.
In previous assignments, I was leading two teams at Klarna to build a smarter credit card based on
algorithms and improve the consumer identification model. Before that, I was running an
OmniChannel project for the telecom operator 3, with teams in Denmark, UK, and Austria. Before
that, I was the project manager of the new e-commerce platform for TUI, managing the team which
was distributed in three countries. With the entire project responsibility to plan, develop and
implement their new Hybris e-commerce platform.
Before that, I was project enabler for Spotify streaming services for businesses.

I always work closely with both business, IT and CxO´s to deliver on requirements and the
company-wide goal.
