“Green Human Resource Management Practices of Batangas State University”.

PART II: ASSESMENT OF GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES

Greening means preservation of the natural environment, conservation of the natural


environment, avoidance or minimization of environmental pollution, and generation of gardens and
looking-like natural places. Thus, Green Human Resource Management is referred to all the activities
involved in development, implementation and on-going maintenance of a system which aims at making
employees of an organization green.
In this part of the questionnaire, this will assess the extent of Green Human Resource Practices

Encouraging students to use solar panel
