Department of Internal Medicine at District Headquarter Teaching Hospital Haripur, K.P.K Pakistan from
22nd April 2019 to 21st July 2019 (03 Months). His Job was full time, and residential.

DHQ Hospital is a multidisciplinary hospital affiliated with Abbottabad International Medical College
Abbottabad having capacity of 300 beds. Our department includes Internal Medicine Ward of 50 beds.
The unit is on call for casualty round the clock.

Dr. Abdul Razzaq has attended both indoor and outdoor departments regularly. He performed various
procedures like putting IV Cannula, Taking Blood Specimen, Endotracheal Intubation, Nasogastric
Intubation, Foley’s Catheterization, Pleural Fluid Aspiration (diagnostic/therapeutic), Paracentesis
(diagnostic/therapeutic) and Blood Transfusion. During his stay in the Department, he actively managed the
patients on both the emergency and non-emergency days.

Dr. Abdul Razzaq is a motivated, committed, well-mannered and hardworking person with a great sense of
responsibility. At the end of his Job, he was able to manage Medical Emergencies like Myocardial
Infarction, CVA, Congestive Cardiac Failure, Acute Exacerbation of Asthma/COPD, Severe life threatening
asthma, Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever and shock etc independently.

Dr. Abdul Razzaq was a good House Physician, cooperative with his colleagues, obedient with his seniors
