PART 6 SALES CLASUE

1.Container Needed For Transportation: 40’HQ Container x 2 .

2. Validity Period of Quotation: 30 days.

3.Payment Term: 30% of the total amount should be paid to the seller’s bank account as deposit by T/T;

70% of the total amount should be paid by T/T before the machines leave the factory, or by L/C at sight (Irrevocable).

4. Production Period: 30 working days after advance payment.

5. Warranty: The guarantee period is one year, excluding tear and wear parts.

6. Installation and Commissioning: After receiving advance payment, the seller will provide operation manure and

foundation drawing to the buyer. If the buyer requires, the seller shall send two technician to direct installation,

Commissioning, and training local workers. The buyer is responsible for board and lodging, round trip air-ticket, safety

of technician. In addition, the buyer is responsible for the technician’s salary, USD60 per day per person. If buyer

installs the equipment by himself, the buyer will be responsible for any problem caused by improper installation.

7. Packing: All goods will be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery. Small parts like

motor,foundation bolts will be loaded by case.
