Jose : The objectives are clear, they make customers feel part of the company, an

Jose : The organization in the processes allows to maintain the control of the

Jose : The company has different user service mechanisms, such as the web
portal and the different branches.

Jose : The company has different indicators of performance measurement,

Jose . The company is constantly changing, always seeking to be the best in all

Jose : From the moment of the hiring of the employees, quality is required, each
