Logo Design Client Questionnaire

The secret to a solid logo design is crafting a logo that best represents not only your
company but also your company mission statement, goals, ideas and desires. The following
questions will assist us in knowing more about your company and your expectations for the
design. You can choose not to answer questions if they are not applicable, but the more detail
we have to work with the better chances your logo mark will match your target audience and
goals for your business. We look forward to crafting a logo that can represent your business
for years to come.

1.) What is your company’s mission statement?

2.) How would you best describe your target audience? Or those you wish to sell
your product or service too?

3.) Who would you consider to be your main competitor?

4.) What is your unique selling point (USP) of your product or service? What is
unique about your product/service that your competitor does not offer?

5.) Are there particular colors or combination of colors you guys would like to
explore during this logo design process? Any colors to avoid? Some industries tend
to favor certain colors over others.

6.) Are you open to exploring all possible logo types and styles? Are you open to
a text or type only logo? Are there any logo styles or types you wish to avoid? For
example: seal or crest style logos?
7.) Are there any examples you can provide of logos or logomarks you think
might match your expectations or be a good fit style wise for your company?
You can attach samples when you send this questionnaire back. You can also refer to the company name if they have a logo
that is easy to find (example: Starbucks etc.).
