WHEREAS, the Restrucluring Committee convened on 29 June 2018 and reviewed the request for creation of
posilions by Dopartment Heads in order to com€ up wih a more stratsgic, dynamic and adadive organizational struclure;

WHEREAS, Municipal Ordinance No. 2018-037 entited, 'AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CREATION AND
ABOLITION OF POSITIONS AND REVISED ORGANIZATIOML STRUCTURE OF THE MI,INICIPALITY OF KALIBO, AKLAN'
was enaded on 20 September 2018 wherein a SG 18 is allocatod to Accluntant lll position;

WHEREAS, on 16 Oclober 2018 the Department of Budgot and Management issued Budget Circular No. 2018{'1,
subisc{ of which: lnder of occupational Services, Occupational Groups, Classes, Salary Grades br CY 2018 whorein the
Accounbnt llt Plentilla position is allocated a sahry Grade (s/G) 19;
