BUSINESS PROFILE
INTRODUCTION
Computer is the most friendly technology of every students. Cellphone is more easy to
carry and handle but computer can do a lot that the cellphone can’t do. Buying your own
personal computer is very expensive especially for those students. Computer shop business
became popular in Bulacan, because of the advantages of technology that people embraced.
There are different kinds of computer shop that have their own focuses in terms of service that
they give to their costumers. The computer shop became popular because of the conveniency

Business Logo
The business name have a two words that may explain our goals and purpose. First is
CLICK, it represent how people easily access for their needs in just only one click, so this is the
goal of our shop, to easily provide their needs in terms of academic purposes and entertainment.
The logo have a text and symbols. The logo have the symbol of cursor which represent
the word “click”. The cursor filled by a different color that symbolize the ink of a printer. White
background symbolize of having a clean and comfortable environment that everyone can enjoy.
Clickcomcan provide what the costumer needs so our tagline is “A Click for your Need!”.

To surely provides the best services that customer’s need in terms of entertainment and academic
purposes.
VISION STATEMENT
To become the leading one stop computer shop in Bustos, Bulacan, with a commitment to meet
OBJECTIVES:
To return the expenses that we use, within atleast 2 and half years.

DEMAND ANALYSIS
The popularity of the internet is growing exponentially. Those who are familiar with the
information are well aware of how fun and addicting surfing the net can be. Those who have not
yet experienced the internet, need a convenient, relax atmosphere where they can feel
comfortable learning about and utilizing the current technologies. Because of the advanced
technology and the having a growing population of the students that is needed an affordable
price that is suitable for their allowance. Internet café is important because of its beneficial for
individuals who need internet connection to have their work done efficiently.
The researchers applied using survey questionaires this was conducted by providing
structured questionnaires to a number of people that may become our possible customers. Due to
a large number of people the researchers surveyed 100 selected respondents within the proposed

Interpretation:
The 100 respondents answered the question # 3. The biggest part is 31 or 31%,wherein
the respondents answered, several times they go, the next in biggest part is the 28 or 28%,
respondents answered they go once a week. 25 or 25% answered that they didn’t currently go in
computer shop, the remaining 16% answered that they go in computer shop, two to three times
per month.

The 80 respondents came from those who answered ‘YES’ in question number 2.
According to the respondents, 53 or 66% they go for education use, the 7 or 9% they go for
personal search, the another 7 or 9% they go for other purposes. The 6 respondents or 7%, they
use in social communication, the 5 or 6%, they use for entertainment, and the remaining 2 or 3%,

The 80 respondents can answer this because it is a related question for going in computer
shop. The main reason for the 31 or 39% respondents is. they don’t have a computer, next is 18
or 23% they reason is the price is affordable. In 16 or 20% of respondents answered that they

Time that can spend of the 80 respondents answered Yes in question number 2. For the
23 or 29% respondents, the time that they can spend is 2 hours or more, the 22 or 27% they
consumed 30- 60 minutes, next is the 20 or 25% of the respondents that can spend at least less
than 20 minutes, and lastly the 15 or 19% of the respondents can spend 60-90 minutes.

Criticism of the 80 respondents that answered Yes and they are only can answer this. 25
or 31% of the respondents chose the internet connection is slow, in 18 or 23% , respondents their
criticism is being not comfortable of environment, 14 or 18% of respondents answered for lack
of privacy. The price is expensive the 9 or 11% of respondents chose this, and in 7 or 9% they
said that they don’t have any criticism. For the 6 or 7% respondents, is the opening hour of a
computer shop, and the remaining 1 or 1% of the respondents they have other criticism for that.

In the 80 respondents that answered Yes, this are the service they want to add. 46 or 56%
of the respondents wants to add the printing service, the 16 or 20% wants to have a book binding,
the other 20% want to have a tournaments, and the remaining 2% is other services.

The 80 respondents can answer this question because they are preferred to go in a
computer shop. 34 or 43% of the respondents that they visit it a several times per week after the
additional service, the 29 or 36% they visit atleast once a week, the 11% or the respondents they
visit once a month, and the remaining 8 or 10% visit the computer shop, two to three times per
month.

The 80 respondents also included here for rending a computer. The 25 or 31% of the
respondents said they can rend the computer 10 to 20 php., in 24 or 30% they can rend computer
30 to 40 php, the numbers of respondents who chose the 10 to 20 and 30 to 40 are too close. The
16 or 20% they can rend a computer, 50 to 60 php and the remaining 19% is 70 to 80 php.

The 80 respondents that preferred to go in a computer shop will then answer this
question. 38 or 48% of the respondents usually go in other computer shop that is not included in
our choices. Next inline is 20 or 25 % of respondents usually go at Master that is near at BSU
one of our competitor. The 9 or 11% of respondents go at Cyber Corner, the 10% of respondents
go at Klik Time which is one of our competitor, and last the remaining 5% of the respondents
MARKET CONDITION
Clickcom will help customers who are looking for a good quality computer. It will be
click since our business is near in a University.It will be located in a commercial building at C.L.
Hilario St. Poblacion, Bustos, Bulacan along the highway. In the business location, there are
other competitors, too. There are three competitors and they are likely far between each other.
They also have a large number of customers but if we can place our business on its location, we
assure that we can balance and make our branch looks popular in the place because of its quality.
TARGET MARKET
The CLICKCOM Computer Shop can be found at Poblacion, Bustos, Bulacan, that is
where our location will be and our target market will be the student in Bulacan State University
because of the demand of computers and internet. The large number of students and nearby
neighborhood population will become an important part of the CLICKCOM Computer Shop
base. Researchers gathered data and information on the PhilAtlas for the total population of each
barangay nearby the vicinity or proposed area in the C.L. Hilario St. Poblacion, Bustos, Bulacan

other computer shop in Bustos, Bulacan and near our location. There are different kinds of

lawsuits. The following are the permits and licenses that are needed by Clickcom Computer
Shop
very important before the business goes into full operation. This permit will give us the authority
to print our Official Receipt (OR) and other invoices provided our Tax Identification Number
(TIN) for this is necessary in our daily transactions. Thus, every Philippine based businesses
must pay taxes at end of each year. And, this is to be filed to the concerned Municipal or City

to run a business if one of these two are gone the business won't run properly. These two are the
cellphones, and air conditioners. Its tough to escape it in our modern world.
Internet service - Internet service provider (ISP) is an organization that provides services
for accessing, using, or participating in the Internet. It is more applicable in internet cafe.
Water Bill- to maintain the cleanliness of our business, we need a water especially to our
comfort room that may use our customers and the employees.
