What is a Noun Clause?
A noun clause is a dependent clause that contains a subject and a verb. A noun clause
functions as noun in a sentence.
A noun clause cannot stand alone because it is not a complete thought. It must always be
paired with an independent (main) clause.

Adjective Clause
An adjective clause is a dependent clause that, like an adjective, modifies a noun or pronoun.
An adjective clause begin with words such as that, when, where, who, whom, whose, which,
and why.
Example:
1. The woman is in the class. She likes tennis
The woman who likes tennis is in the class
2. The man is my friend. He won the race
The man who won the race is my friend
3. I study at the college. The college is downtown
I study at the college which is downtown
4. We are studying English language. They contain grammar
We are studying English language which contain grammar
5. The Phone is mine . It is on the desk
The phone which on the table is mine

1. The helmet was good . I used it
The helmet which I used was good
2. I liked the girl. I met her at the school.
I liked the girl who I met at school.
3. The man was Acang. I saw him
The man who I saw was Acang
4. I liked seafood. I ate it.
I liked seafood which I ate.
5. The Spartacus is the best movie. I saw it yesterday
The Spartacus which I saw yesterday is the best movie
