2. All lifting tools & tackles must be thoroughly tested and certified by a competent person and
must also be inspected periodically internally.
3. F-15 crane must be tested and certified and periodic fitness check must be conducted.
4. F-15 must be parked on level ground with supporting jacks to prevent overturning.
5. The lifting operation area must be barricated.
6. The lifted materials must be supported with a guide rope while lifting and shifting.
7. Fire Extinguisher must be installed.
8. Water bucket must be used.
9. Flash back arrestor must be installed in both LPG & Oxygen cylinders.
10. The Gas Cutting hose must be thoroughly checked with soap water for any leakage.
11. Fire blanket must be used to source arrest the spatters of gas cutting.
12. Safety belt must be used for working at height of more than 2 mtrs.
13. The lanyard must be anchored above the shoulder level and at two different achoring
structure.
