WEEKLY ACTIVITIES
1.) Genset testing without load (every 1st Monday of the week)
2.) General cleaning of pool and checking of PH (depending on the schedule of weekly pool maintenance)
3.) Checking of parameters and equipments including pool lights (retightening of terminals if necessary)
4.) Check all pumps control panel for any loose screw or termination of wires.
5.) Check running current vs to rated capacity of pumps to ensure the efficiency of pumps.
6.) Conduct inspection of float switch if available in equipment.
7.) Check functionality of all selector knobs in control panel.
8.) Ensure all indicating lamps are working .
9.) Observed noise vibration during running of pumps .
10.) Observed check valves for noise vibration during cut in and cut off of pumps.
11.) Conduct cleaning of pit , removed debris presence inside the pit .
12.) Checking & cleaning of pump motors
13.) Checking & cleaning of pumps, blowers, diffusers, valves, compressors, solenoids
MONTHLY ACTIVITIES
1.) Elevator general preventive maintenance
2.) Transformer & LVSG/ MDP/ ATS checking and recording of parameters (every 3rd week of the month)
3.) Checking & cleaning of utility room including electrical parameters (voltages) and (retightening of bolts if necessary) (every 3rd week)
4.) Checking & testing of emergency & exit lights and accessories (including discharging of betteries) (every 4th week)

6.) Smoke Detectors testing per building (every 1st week)
7.) Checking and cleaning of FDAS panels, supervisory and flow switches and accessories (every 1st week)
8.) Fire pump, Jockey pump dry run testing (every 2nd week)
9.) Repositioning of Fire Hose, checking of fire extinguisher, nozzles and valves (every 3rd week)
10.) Water station potability test (bacteriological analysis) every 3rd week
11.) Checking water station filter cartridge and equipments, etc. (every 3rd week)
