1. THIS SALE DEED OF BELOW MENTION SCHEDULE PROPERTY for sum of Rs.

250,000/-(RUPEES TWO LAKH FIFTY THOUSANDS Only) WRITTEN ON N. J.

STAMP VALUE OF RS. 200/-.

2. THIS SALE DEED EXECUTED on this 27TH December, 2018 at BELLARY By Wife

and Three daughters of late SREE ABDUL SAB Muslim son of late

MOHAMMAD SAB, by name 1) SARMAS BEE W/O. LATE ABUL SAB -

AADHAR NO. 609327439627 Aged about 60 Years, Resident of ward no.15,

Door no.62, EALLAMMA Temple Street, Bellary 1st Daughter AKTHAR W/O.

USMAN SAB - AADHAR NO. 974055915397 Aged about 41 Years, Resident

of ward no.4, near haji Masjid , Sirgumppa , Bellary Dist., 2nd Daughter

ASHA BANU W/O. K.GOODU SAB- AADHAR NO. 772502447544 Aged

about 35 Years, Resident of ward no.15, door no. 81, Near Yallamma

temple, Rajyostava Nagar, Bellary AND 3rd Daughter REHANA W/O. ABDUL

RAZAK - AADHAR NO. 631465152754 Aged about 29 Years, Resident of

Near Yallamma temple, Rajyostava Nagar, Millerpet, Bellary -hereinafter

together referred to as the "VENDOR" (SELLER) - which term wherever the

context so permits shall mean and include all their Heirs, Successors, Legal

Representatives & Assignees, stands as 1st party to this agreement.

AADHAR NO. 457156261367 Muslim, 45 years, 9TH WARD, BADI GALLI,

GADDA – KA –TALA, MILLERPET, Bellary --hereinafter referred to as the

"VENDEE" (PURCHASER) -which term shall mean and include all their Heirs,

Successors, Legal Representatives & Assignees, stands as 2nd party to this

agreement..

3. WHERE AS the Vendor got the Schedule Property through Mutation from

the demise of her husband as Deceased husband’s wife and to their three

daughters as father as legal successor to their father’s below schedule

House property, and to the deceased father who got purchased the below

schedule property with his own earned money in his life time got purchased

the said property on his own name on 14.03.1990 from (SRI BOMMA.

and the said deceased vendor got the property by way of AKRAMA SAKARAMA, from CMC,

Bellary as SELF OCCUPIED FROM PAST 50 YERS also got change of khatha in CMC Records in

Vendor's Name).

4. WHEREAS the above mention 4 (four) Vendors being competent to sell the

below mention schedule property mutated on their names and having

agreement document certificate no. IN-KA61326495251748O AND IN-

KA66727532362015Q dated 13TH JUNE, 2016 AND 16TH OCT, 2018 of STAMP

VALUE OF Rs. 100/- and Rs. 50/- has made in the name of VALI NIZAMI SAB

S/0. MOHAMMAD SAB AND HUSSAIN BEE NIZAMI W/O. VALI SAB NIZAMI

agreed to sell the below mention schedule property for benefits and

expenses for Rs.250,000/- only to the Vendees.

5. NOW THIS INDENTURE OF SALE WITNESSETH THAT : In pursuance of the

above Sale Deed and in full consideration of the sum of Rs. 250,000/- paid

(Rupees Two lakh fifty Thousands Only) in full, which is paid by means of

Cash by the Vendees to the vendors.

6. The receipt of which sale consideration the Vendors hereby admits and

acknowledges to the Vendees by signing on this sale Deed. The Vendors

having received the sale consideration in full does hereby sell , convey,

transfer, and assign all his absolute rights, title and interest in and over the

schedule mentioned property in favor of the Vendees and put him in vacant

possession to hold and enjoy the same with absolute rights.

7. The vendors has received the said sale consideration in full, does hereby sell,

convey, transfer, assign and relinquish all his absolute rights, title and

interest in and handed over the schedule property in favor of the Vendees

and puts his vacant possession of the same, to hold and enjoy the same

with absolute rights which is FREE from any hindrance from anybody.

8. And the sellers do hereby covenant and declare for himself, heirs, executors,

representatives and assigns that the sellers now has good title, right to

Convey the said schedule mentioned property hereby conveyed or expressed

to be Conveyed onto the purchasers, their heirs, executors, administrators,

representatives and assigns in manner aforesaid.

9. And that the purchasers shall hereafter peacefully hold, use and

The same as their own chattel and property without any hinder

Interruption, claim or demand by or from the seller or any other person

whomsoever.

10. And that the sellers and all persons claiming under them shall

and will from time to time, upon the request and at the cost of the

purchasers, their heirs, executors. representatives and assigns, do and

execute or cause to be done and execute all such acts, deeds and

things whatsoever for further & more perfectly assuring the schedule

Mentioned property and every part thereof unto the purchasers, theirs,

executors, representatives and assigns and placing their in possession

of the same according to the true intent and meaning of these

presents as shall or may be reasonably required.

11. And that the vendors hereby promises to make good the loss if

any occurred after sales of the below schedule property and had to pay

with their own cost and liable for such future consequences, which

arise on account of defect in title, right, interest to the property.

12. And it is hereby further declared that the schedule mentioned

property hereby transferred or intended to be transferred are free from

all encumbrances, charges, claims or demands and that the seller has

not done anything whereby the schedule property may be subject to

any attachment or lien or any court or person whatsoever.

IN WITNESSES WHEREOF the Vendors & Vendees hereto have put their
signatures on this Deed of Sale on this date month mentioned above with their
own FREE WILL and consent
