    In connection with the First PhilHealth National Quiz Bee (District) to be held on September 3, 2019 at
    Aklan National High School for Arts and Trades, the undersigned would like to ask permission that
    RICHIELYN FLAVIANO, Grade 10-Babbage student -our contestant be allowed to have a review with me
    for her preparation tomorrow for the contest.

    Furthermore, it is requested that she is excused from her classes this afternoon, September 2, 2019, and
    she will be allowed to make up for exams, activities, or assignments that she might miss.
