Dear Madam:
We express our sincere apologies for not attending our duties on 22nd to 23rd, August 2019. We
are aware of the disruptions that we caused by not coming to the job and failing to notice you
and coworkers in advance.
Our reason for not having our classes is that we are busy preparing for the CAT1-Presentation of
Sponsors. As an adviser of the CAT Sponsors, it is our part of service to prepare everything for
the said event. We just have been informed that we have been considered absent and it will be
deducted from our salary.
We humbly request you to please favor us this time. We assure that we will never forget to give
you notice as early as we can to avoid any inconvenience.
This is requested with respect that we are a very low earning employee in the company it would
misfit all our financial conditions for the month. It is requested that kindly mark our present for
the date 22-23, August, 2019 so that there will be no deduction in our salary.
Attached herewith is the list of names of the faculty members who helped in the event.
