What is the A25 Analyzer?

The A25 analyzer is an automatic random
access analyzer specially designed for
performing biochemical and turbidimetric
clinical analyses.

“Random” means the analyzer performs

patient by patient the analyses and enables
the continual introduction of samples.

System conditioner:
Button that indicates to the analyser to perform a cycle of
conditioning of the fluid system. This conditioning consists of
performing a cycle of priming with air, another cycle with
washing solution and a final cycle with system liquid.

Some tricks of the design:
1.- The shape of the hole prevent any
drop condensation to fall in to the
reagent bottle
2.- There are 3 drainage hole that send
the water to the metal sink of the peltier
radiator.
3.- Folded by neoprene to prevent any
water condensation externally.
4.- The reagent racks can be removed
with the reagent bottles together.
5.- On the bottom of the refrigerator
there’s one seal to prevent any leakage
of water condensation around the cover
6.- There’s on magnetic sensor for the
cover detection (brown-red cables) and
one led indicating the refrigerator status
(black-red cables)

POWER MODULE FOR FRIDGE
This Power Board is the model HWS100-12/A of the manufacture Lambda
(TDK), one of the best brand in the world of power supply modules. The same
brand is used to supply the power to the full Analyser A25 v2.

The main changes are also visual. The only change that we can not do it are
some connectors to respect the compatibility with the previous version of A25.
