Greetings of Peace!

I would like to express my intention to apply for the Project Assistant IV. I’m currently holding
the Grains Operations Assistant I item of NFA Regional Office IV.

I am a graduate of Batangas State University – Lipa Campus with the degree of Bachelor of
Science in Psychology last April 07, 2015. I am a university scholar from the said institution
which I benefitted a full tuition fee discount from June 2011 – March 2015. I was also a
member of different organizations inside and outside our institution. Through this, I enhanced
my discipline, patience and social skills that help me grow as an individual. I earned an
Honorable Distinction and be able to have an Honorable Eligibility which I got last 23rd of
September, 2017.

It was on the same year when I entered in our agency – National Food Authority, under the
Administrative Department from August 2015 to October 2015. I was assigned to assist in
some administrative reports and received communications on a daily basis. By November
2015, I was transferred to Operations Department as Acting Secretary of the Assistant
Provincial Manager and aide of the Provincial Economist. I able to learn and make DMOR,
Monthly Dispersal Report, MTS Report, Prevailing Prices Report, etc. I acquired a lot of
knowledge to the said department that boost my confidence. As of now, I am the Acting
Secretary of the Regional Director of the Regional Office since November 2016. On September
2018, I got promoted as Grains Operations Assistant I under Registration and Licensing
Department. I assist my immediate supervisor in consolidation and preparation of reports in
licensing department.

At present, I am enrolled in the Graduate School Program under Business Administration in

Golden Gate Colleges. I believed that it would be of a great help for me on the position that
I am aspiring in the near future.

I am detailed oriented, works well under pressure, enthusiastic and able deal to different
people. These are some skills and experience I developed and gained in the tenure of my
work in the National Food Authority.

With these qualities and experience and with your guidance, I am confident enough that I
could contribute to the best of my ability to the agency’s vision. Rest assures of my highest
competence and dedication to this noble task.
