Barangay Resolution No. 12

Series of 2018

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARANGAY GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN

AND BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
TWEENTYTWO AND 88/CENTS (P109,122.88) PESOS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019 OF
BARANGAY 01, POBLACION DOLORES, EASTERN SAMAR.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay after a thorough review and verification by the
Barangay Appropriation Committee, hereby officially declares that the Barangay Gender and
Development Plan and Budget in the amount of P109,122.88 pesos for Fiscal Year 2019;

WHEREAS, consistent with the Barangay Gender and Development Plan and Budget there
is a need to appropriate funds for the operations of the different projects/programs/activities
for the constituents in the barangay;

WHEREFORE, in unanimous motion of all Sangguniang Barangay members present;

BE IT RESOLVED as it is HEREBY RESOLVED to approve the Barangay Gender and

Development Plan and Budget to support the operation of the different programs for the
welfare of the constituents for Budget Year 2019;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of such Barangay Gender and Development Plan and
Budget be attached and made as integral part hereof and marked as Annex “A”;

RESOLVED FINALLY, to send a copy hereof to the Municipal Budget Officer for perusal
review and approval.

DONE this 8th day of December 2018 during the regular session of the Sangguniang
Barangay held at the Barangay Hall, Barangay 01, Poblacion Dolores, Eastern Samar.
