MAINTENANCE DPR ON 31.05.2019

1 9013 Rectified hydraulic oil leakage and air leakage.Dismantled

driver side augur motor guard for rectification of hydraulic oil
leakage. Rectified the same. Fitting of augur motor guard is in
progress.

2 9651 Observed abnormal sound from radiator assembly in HF job.

Dismantled inspection cover found oil cooler mounting frame
broken. Replaced the same and welding job carried out.

3 9650 HF unit preventive maintenance carried ou

 4 9014 A) Replaced damaged pneumatic relay valve with new one.
B)Found hydraulic oil tank mounting pad worn out. Replaced
the same (04no.s)
Tested ok.

5 6016 -Damaged totque rod bush replaced with new one. Tested ok.

6 7549 -Found Trunnion bushes and end bushes of rear suspension

in worn out condition. Dismantled equalizer beam. Further
work is in progress.

7 7696 -Replaced hydraulic pump. Tested ok

8 7711 - Attended off road unit at well site. Found abnormal sound
and Allison oil leakage near PTO. Unit brought back to Saij
after topping up Allison oil. Dismantled PTO drive shaft .
Further work is in progress.

9 9282 -Half yearly servicing is in progress.

10 6824 -Quarterly maintenance carried out.
