YAMAHA Y-ZONE SHOWROOM PROJECT AT THE PORTAL

Gentlemen:

We wish to bring to your kind attention the status of several Variation Orders & Additional Works as a result
of the issuance of final “For Construction Drawings” and actual site conditions, listed as follows;

I – Submitted Variation Orders

1.0 Variation Order No. 1 – Revised Plan Layout, Type and Number of Lighting Fixtures

The submitted variation order covers only the effect on the Lighting Fixtures to allow us to finalize
the agreement with the supplier / manufacturer of the imported lighting fixtures as specified and
approved by Design Architects. The scheduled delivery of the imported lighting fixtures shall be
advised to you once the arrival dates are finalized with the authorized local dealer.

Additional variation order to cover the effect on the additional roughing-ins and wirings is currently
under preparation and will be submitted to you in due time.

2.0 Variation Order No. 2 – Relocation of existing Fire Fighting Main Pipes @ Mezzanine Floor

While we have undertaken and proceeded with this work due to tight schedule requirement and
after due coordination with your Construction Manager together with Greenfield Development
Corporation for the necessary scheduled shutdown of the system, we have not received yet your
formal approval on our submitted cost claim and issuance of an official Variation Order approval.

3.0 Variation Order No. 3 – Final Design / Details of the Runway Ceiling Wood Louvers

With your approval on our submitted request, although “price is subject to final negotiation in a
final meeting consolidating all Variations”, we shall now proceed with fabrication works that was
stopped following your requirement to use the life-size CADD print as fabrication pattern.

4.0 Variation Order No. 4 – Revision of Staircase No. 1 from Ground Floor to Mezzanine Floor

With the revision of this staircase drawings and approval of the Shop Drawings, and even with the
pending approval of this variation order, we already proceeded with the ordering of local steel
materials and started fabrication works which is already substantially completed.

We appreciate your approval issued 27 November 2015 re this variation claim.

5.0 Variation Order No. 5 – Construction of Spiral Staircase from Ground Floor to Mezzanine Floor

With the issuance of final construction drawings and approval of the submitted shop drawings, we
submitted this variation order last 23 November 2015.

We thank you for your quick approval issued 27 November 2015 re this variation claim.

II – OTHER VARIATION ORDERS / ADDITIONAL WORKS

Following our review of the issued “For Construction Drawings” as well as other recent changes in the
architectural finishes, there are many variation orders and additional works to be done. Some of these are
listed below as follows;

1.0 Additional thickness of floor mortar topping to suit floor finish elevation based on actual topo
survey of existing concrete floor slab.
2.0 Changes / Additions of some Glass Doors and Windows
3.0 Other changes in some Ceiling Finishes
4.0 Other changes in the Floor Finishes
5.0 Issuance of Final Architectural Drawings / Details of Cabinets
6.0 Mortar Retouch and Painting Works of Existing Concrete Columns at Runway above Concrete
Beams
7.0 Additional conduits and wirings due changes in layout and number of lighting fixtures
8.0 Other Probable Changes that may follow later

With all the above changes, variation orders, and additional works we shall prepare and submit to you the
corresponding variation orders and/or additive / deductive cost claims accordingly. Meanwhile, we reserve
the right to file and claim for contract time extension as a consequence of these changes and additional
works.
