ABSTRAK
Puskesmas is a unit of functional health organization which is the Center for
Community Health Development, which provides comprehensive and integrated
health services in the form of main activities and fostering community participation
in the UPTD Puskesmas area. This is what makes the writer interested in conducting
research on the Quality of Health Services at the Puskesmas, seeing that there are
still some complaints from patients and the community. The purpose of this study is to
describe the quality of health center services seen from the dimensions of tangible
(responsive), responsiveness (assurance), assurance (guarantee) and empathy
(empathy / nature of attention). The type of this research is qualitative descriptive
and informant selection techniques using pusposive sampling techniques. Data is
collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this
study were employees or health workers who worked in the Puskesmas and several
people who were seeking treatment at the Puskesmas. From the results of the study, it
can be concluded that the quality of health services at the Beringin Raya Health
Center, Muara Bangkahulu Sub-District, Bengkulu City, which is seen from the
Tangible aspect, Responsiveness has not been said to be of quality. But for the
Empathy aspect (Empathy / Attention), and aspects of assurance (Guarantee) have
met the expectations of patients and the community who seek treatment. The problem
that needs to be addressed in these aspects is the problem of facilities, especially the
availability of medicines, and the problem of the response of officers to patients, both
patients from the surrounding community or patients from outside. In order for the
quality of health services to continue to improve in the treatment process for patients,
it is expected that the Puskesmas will need to make improvements and improve
inadequate facilities, as well as the performance of health workers in Puskesmas to
support the improvement of service quality in aspects that are considered not optimal.
