BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 3

“RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE FINANCE-HEAD to TRANSACT ON BEHALF of ST. PETER
VELLE TECHNICAL TRAINING CENTER INC, FOR THE APPLICATION OF AUTHORITY TO PRINT
RECEIPTS”

WHEREAS; the Majority of the Board of Directors ensures the compliance with legal, statutory
and regulatory responsibilities of the organization;

WHEREAS; The Bureau of Internal Revenue, in its Memorandum Circular No. 330-2018,
requires Corporation to appoint an authorized signatory who will transact with
Bureau;

BE IT RESOLVED, that Majority of the Board of Directors, during the special meeting held last May
2, 2019 having reached the required number who will transact with the Bureau;

RESOLVED, further that ANTHONY MARASIGAN, is authorized to sign and execute and all necessary
documents for and in behalf of the Corporation to make effective the
authority given herein.

RESOLVED furthermore, that Majority of the Board of Directors, authorizes JUDEAUS PRINITNG service
(TIN 119-850-338-000) duly represented by their Authorized company
representative Mr. ANTHONY MARASIGAN) to be the official Printer for
their Corporation’s Receipts and Invoices as specifically stipulated on the
submitted job order to the said printing company.
