The sheets that we want to integrate in the DARS (Daily activity records) are:

> Client list

> Project list/maintenance project list

> Project sheet / construction tracking sheet for each project

> Employee list

> Car rego

I have attached an example of each of these sheets and example of our current dars.

As you can see we are looking to integrate this info into the dars by creating an easy form for staff to
use.

So when the site manager is finishing the dars at the end of the day he can type in the project name
predictive from project list, then the line items from the project selected auto populate and numbers
completed can be entered. Also a customised line for site manger to enter anything completed that
is not on original invoice or project scope. Site manager then enters hours of staff per project that
are predictive from employee list.

This Form/portal will allow us to track

> OPD (one person days)per invoiceable item


> Total project progress

> Progress for invoicing per line item

> Staff hours for payroll

> Productivity

> Progress reporting

Please find the attached examples of lists we want to integrate into the DARS Form together with
the current DARS. All site mangers use Ipads to enter DARS info. We are after something very simple
and easy to use and similar to the current dars.
